Supplies a bounded file-removal plan when integration uninstall is unavailable.

Remarks

Integrations describe exact roots and relative files but never delete them through this capability. The host owns path validation, process-safety checks, confirmation, deletion, and cleanup policy. The selected integration must also supply IGameSessionEvidenceCapability. Missing or ambiguous process evidence prevents host removal.
