Remarks

Implement optional achievement capabilities on this same instance. Source metadata must be local and inexpensive to access. The host supplies games that are already associated with the source; registering a provider does not create library-game associations. The current Windows host resolves existing Steam/GOG game and additional-application identities and RetroAchievements matches. A completely new source requires a host association integration before it receives requests for library games. A public API for creating associations for arbitrary achievement sources is deferred.
