Reports one achievement's earned state.

Creates an explicit earned-state observation.

isUnlocked 14.1 Beta: Whether the account earned this achievement in the requested mode.

Gets the achievement ID.

public bool IsUnlocked { get; }

Gets whether the achievement was earned.

public System.DateTimeOffset? UnlockedAt { get; init; }

Gets or initializes the earned timestamp, when known.
